Gerber CAT UV Internal Error

We have a Gerber CAT UV and are getting an "Internal Error" at start up.
Looking for suggestions on what to check. The USB cable is connected, ribbon cables seem solid. Gerber is looking at the error log but have not heard back from them yet and need to get this running.

any help would be appreciated.

i wonder if you need a G.E.D. to come up with that?




internal errors are not good. i hope it is a crimped cable and not a main logic board.

Gerber customer service is not all bad. they are quirky, though.

Internal Error

According to Gerber the machine is "stuck in a loop". We were told to power cycle and that should clear it. Multiple power cycles later we are waiting to hear from Gerber as to when a tech can pay us a visit.

Anyone know of an independent service tech in the metro Phila/NY area that is willing to take on our Gerber CAT UV?
