Gerber cutter running omega 6.5 contour cut

Running gerber omega 6.5 , can print fine but when I try contour cut around decal it will not do it ,just cuts a square , but when I run a print and cut with Flexi pro 11 ,it contour cuts just fine? Watched the few minimal videos by gerber omega and it is not working. Any help would be great as I heard omega CP 6.5 is a Great program. Using gerber edge and gerber HS plus 15 cutter

I think your image is a raster or jpeg - not a vector ?

In Composer:

1. Select image
2. Click on Tools Menu > Generate Decal Cut
3. Edit as needed and you are good to go.
