Suggestions Gerber dimension 200E

My Gerber dimension 200E will cut correctly for the first but completely goes off during the second routing path. We have changed the Z stepper motor but that did not solve the problem. Gerber no longer supports the software or machine, any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank

In most cases, removing and reinstalling the software will help.

Could you describe the problem a little better? What part is off the depth of cut?

yes please describe your issue a bit better..this could be issue in your toolpath program also.
