Gerber Edge 1-Comunication Error

Hello mates, I have a Comunication Error with my Gerber Edge 1. Today I have send a file to the Gerber, the machine was "offline" in that moment then I have press the Online buttom and the lcd showed a "error comunication", from that moment any file that i send to print the GQmgr show me a error of the comunication, any idea to repair this problem??

p.s: I run Omega 6.5 and the Gerbe Edge is conected by usb

Check your spooler to see if the original file is still there. If it is, delete it and resend the job.

I would also reset the printer and bring back to online

Also check your Queue folder (you'll find a link to it in the start menu) make sure that there's nothing in there besides the gsp.net file and the SPL folder. Sometimes files will get stuck in here and not show up in the GQManager.

Hi there, problem solved, I did plug the printer on different usb 7 or 8 times and the printer came to the life........
