A bit of a strange problem that is more of an inconvenience than a major issue.
We have had two Gerber Edges, located about six feet from each other, working for about eight years.
A year ago we noticed a problem that when one Edge was printing it would throw up a data error 3 when the other one was switched on or off. I've tried using different plugs and connecting them to a UPS to try and resolve the issue but as yet have had no joy.
Has anyone else ever seen anything like this or have any ideas?
Both Edges are connected to two separate PCs via parallel cables.
