We have a Gerber Edge 2. It needs a new power supply. Anyone know who, where, how much, and how to change out power supply's?

you should check out 4edgetalk.com, and do a search.
I "think" they go for 400 or so, it did for edge1 many years ago.
I bought from Gerber, and they walked me thru the install.
