Gerber edge fine scratches on chrome vinyl

Hi,

I'm printing on Chrome vinyl but the printer is leaving fine scratches on the surface, is there a way to solve this?

Could be the vinyl "squeeges", chrome is really sensitive. Try wrapping some transfer tape over the squeeqes to see if it helps. And be sure there's no dust on the material and the printhead is clean.

Thanks I've done as you suggested and there is quite an improvement, not perfect but much better, the chrome is very susceptible to marking!
