Gerber edge foil not rolling up

Does anyone know what would cause this? When printing it sounds like the motor is making a different noise and the foil just seems to stick along the vinyl and not roll up into the other roll and just causes it to break after a few inches of printing.

Could be the motor. I had to replace mine a few years ago

Sounds like the motor is still working. You should replace the clutches.

Sounds like heat settings. Does it only do it with this setup? Or does it do it with all vinyl and foil? If it’s just this one Change your vinyl and settings in the f11 screen. I’d substitute the vinyl and change the heat. If it’s sticking foil to the vinyl that’s heat. I sometimes print as 280 on 220 because it has been sticking. Also if any type of foil sticks those type of vinyl holes. (The 3 in one not the individual holes like in oracal) they can come off the sprocket wheel.
