Gerber Edge FX Printing Crooked

I've attached a video of what my edge fx just started doing. It'll spit out the vinyl crooked, and the foil makes a slapping noise when doing so. The foil will also crease. After a few feet the vinyl will jam up.

Things I've checked:
-Vinyl feeds through just fine when spun manually
-Punch marks on vinyl are straight
-Rear adjustment sprocket slides smoothly on shaft
-This happens with all vinyl and foils
-Tried taping and loosening up the squeeges

It's almost as if the head is putting too much pressure.

Any more ideas? Thanks!

I'd suspect the foil supply clutch. Have you replaced the clutches in the last couple of years? I'd get the maintenance kit that Gerber offers to replace all of the wearable parts.

Thank you very much for the input. I will start there. It has been a few years since the clutch has been replaced.
