I’m having trouble getting my Edge FX to connect to my computer. I’m currently using flexi complete software. I tried using DHCP settings through my router, the edge connects to the dhcp server but I cannot find the device on the setup window. I tried searching the tcp/ip address, but couldn’t find anything.

Have you set your FX to Use DHCP? When use DHCP better reserve one IP for your printer in your DHCP server.
When use static IP, make sure it you limit your DHCP pool to leave some addresses to be able to use for manual addresses.
For example.
Router IP 192.168.1.1
change DHCP range 192.168.1.2 - 192.168.1.220 in your router.
now you can safely use 192.168.1.221 - 192.168.1.253 as static addresses for your printer or devices needed static IP.

just assign an ip address to your printer then put that same ip address in your computers omega software
