GERBER Edge Keeps Cutting Off Some Letters

Hi all! I'm having an issue with our Gerber Edge. It keeps cutting off some of the letters on some prints (example below). We figured out that we can fix it by rotating the artwork 90 degrees then re printing, but that still results in a lot of waste. Especially if the artwork doesn't fit in Gerber's limited dimensions.

Anyone know of another way to deal with this? Thanks in advance!

since its not doing it all the way across your media, I would guess your media is contaminated . Wipe down a section with alcohol, run a print and see if it still does it.

Yes. We use a number of different colored foils and various 3M Gerber rated films. So far as I can tell it only happens to text, though..
