Why wont Composer 6.5 save any preferences in the Omega Plot section. Every day, no matter how mony times we save, comes back with all wrong settings.

It sounds like a permission issue. Try running as admin and make sure that you have full read/write/delete permission in the Gerber App Data folders and Program folders. Also make sure that you don't have any anti-malware software blocking activity in the program.
