Gerber Fastrack 650 Error.......HELP!

I have a Gerber Fastrack 650 that is giving me an XY connect failed error based on the manual but it does not tell you how to fix it. Can someone give me any direction on what the problem is so I can fix it. I have another 650 to use for parts and would like to get it up and running. I tried searching all over google and found nothing.
