Gerber GS-15 HELP !!!

I have just purchased a Gerber GS-15, I am running Flexisign pro 8.1, can some one help me with the settings to get tis to cut!!! It send the file to cut, the percentage bar counts thru to 100 percent but no cutting going on ?
I have tried hooking my other cutter up, it works with the file, I think my settings are screwed up..for the cutter..anyone ??

Also, is these a way to over ride the speed ( I want to slow down the cutting speed ) thru the plotter settings ??

Any help will be great !!

I think it is the knock off version of it, but then I am running to a serial to usb to pluginto ly laptop...it works on my Gerber GSX Plus withno issue ..

when you send the file to cut, the plotter (Gerber GS-15) 2 green lights flashing?
if no, check cable.
if yes. I know how to do.
