GS15plus - cutting issue. Stops and beeps after initiating the knife

It would help if you tell us the software you are using, and are you using the grey factory cable? it has three or four pins I believe for the back of the plotter.

Yep, this does sound like a problem with the signal from the pc...if you have another cable..may well be worth trying that....

Are you trying to execute the internal X08 test ?

Are you using a usb to serial adapter? If so that would be the first thing I would check.
