Gerber HS15 Problems

I have a Gerber Edge II With a Gerber HS15 cutter. The cutter has developed a problem. When it begins to cut, it moves a few inches and then stops with the alarm ringing. Depending on the power source, it comes and goes. Has anyone else experienced this kind of problem with the HS15?

I have a feeling like its the power supply, which begs yet another question. Where do I get new power supply?
