Gerber M3000

We recently installed a Gerber M3000 cutter/router. I am looking for tips to get a quality crease on materials such as 12 pt and 24 pt boards, as well as B and E Flute corrugated. Any tips or ideas on settings would be much appreciated.
Currently, unless we laminate, we can not get a quality score.

Are you using MFront or ArtPath to drive the M3000?

I'll get some info on Monday.

We use both I think. Art Path is the program that we typically use to set up the files and apply settings. I think that MFront is typically running in the background.
