Gerber Plotter Noise

Wondering if this loud clicking noise sounds familiar to anyone?
maybe its a simple fix or i might need to send it back to gerber for a re-build.
Any advice is appreciated.

EDIT:when you hear the loud click, the blade skips what it is supposed to cut. It will cut a job 95% of the way, but leave a few larger sections untouched.

Compared to my old 4B (which only recently died after 30+ years) this sounds pretty quiet. Unless the noise has gotten worse its probably OK. Give it some 3 in 1 oil once in a while too.

Check the bail arm that can be snapped up or down on the input side of the plotter. It should be down. I recall my plotter made that noise a couple of times when the bail got pushed into the up position.
