Gerber Question

I have an older Gerber Envision 375
I am now trying to run it from my laptop using flexi sings cloud
Issue I am having is not being able to find it hooked up. I have a serial to usb connector....

No its an aftermarket cable. I will call Gerber tomorrow, I've tried e-mailing them a few times today. Have work that needs to get done but can't cut right now.

Has anyone here had experience with Flexi and an older gerber cutter?
