Gerber Router AR 600

Hello everyone. We have a Gerber AR 600 Router running on XP. We are wanting to upgrade to Windows 7. Obviously this machine is not supported anymore, so we are wondering if anyone has done this and if it works.

Out of curiosity, why?

I have an AR router that I am still using on XP... it's not connected to the Internet, so I'm not worried about it getting infected.
