Gerber router gone nuts!!!

I am running a small ARB (660?) Gerber Router (27" x 48" table size) through Omega, using Artpath to drive this thing.

I've only used it a couple of times, and everything I route comes out too small. I got it from a friend, and he came over last night and told me that it is a problem with the file, but that doesn't make sense.

I drew a box in Omega that was 36" across, and dropped my shape that I imported (as eps) from Corel x3. When I open it in Artpath, it shows the box as 36", but when I set the toolpath and send it over, it is coming out 34".

Is there a setting there that could possible have be messed up (either in the program, or the control brain on the router)?

What version of ArtPath are you using? Please tell me it' ArtPath 4.3

No. It's ART PATH 7,0,0,54 or at least that's what it says in the about section.

So why bring up a 6 year old post?
