Get rid of overlaps in flexi?

Ok. Have a rather complex piece of art I need to cut from vinyl that I created in illustrator and it looks good for my needs.. However, when I export it as Illy 8 for import into flexi 8 flexi seems to create duplicates of many lines so when I send it to the cutter it cuts the same line so many times it actually cuts the shape out of the vinyl all the way thru the paper..

So, i'm looking for what tool if any will allow me to get rid of all but one of the lines fairly easily? Is there a 'flatten' or something i'm missing?

I hate when that happens. The only way is to just select them and delete them one at a time. Or even weld them together but even that way you have to select them.

Thats the only way I know how so if anyone else knows a faster way let us know.

dont stroke your paths in illy before exporting...
