What software are you guys using to do car wraps?

I love photoshop with all the effects and what you can do with it, but print quality is horrible.
However, some times though I get good prints on large files, set on 200 dpi and up, even fonts, but 60% of the time I dont get the crispiness and resolution quality that I want, I know its vector to dots, ya de ya da......But thats want I want to use, photshop.....

I want something else, illustrator is like working with your hands tied to your back,.

Also, whats the deal with cmyk not having 50% of the colors you want?

I just had such an issue trying to do my first car wrap, I had an awesome design made but I had to re due it in illustrator to get the sharpness that I was looking for, at the end the job the final print looked so sheezzy and made my work below the par.

I have seen very cool car wraps done how the hell is it being done?

Does any one recommend any thing here, would love to continue with photoshop,..

sorry I know is it alot of points to cover and answerer.
