Need Help Getting service call 0102 on Roland XC-540 SolJet

Is anyone familiar with this service call and how to address? I believe it has something to do with printhead sensors but not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen that service code number before but do not rememeber what it was. Was the machine operating when it popped up or when it is turned on?

0102 is a head lock sensor error, check the head lock sensor for damage.

Crny1 - Thanks for the response, it occurs while printing.
LFC911 - how do I check the headlock sensor... any videos on how to do or can you walk me through where to look please?

Should I suspend all printing until this is resolved. I don't want to cause further damage... but need to finish printing a banner

It won't hurt anything to run a print. The sensor is probably just malfunctioning.

Good point, I'll see if I can find some how to videos with checking the sensor or potentially replacing it.
