Getting service code 0107 on Roland XC-540

Can anyone tell me what this error code means and how to address?
I recently was getting error code 0102 and I cleaned the encoder strip and am now thinking I should replace now that Im getting 0107. Any ideas?

Run the encoder setup function in the service mode. If it fails, you may need a new encoder and/or sensor. Also check if the encoder has popped out of the proper position which is to be straddled by the sensor. If it pops out it can't read the encoder. If the encoder setup succeeds it should get rid of the 0107 error. Error 0102 is a bad limit sensor. It could be related to your encoder issues so try those things first but if you get rid of error 0107 and 0102 keeps popping up after, you probably just need to change the limit sensor.
