Ok, say i draw a flame design with the Bezier/Pen tool in Inkscape. What do i do after that to open it in SignGo Lite and cut.

How do i make a path?, If its not already?

How do i save and open in Sign Go?

Welcome RaceCutter !

Although Inkscape is a fun program, it is not a true signmakers program.

You may be able to export the file as an EPS,
but you would then need to import it into a real design program
like Corel or Flexi, etc.

Not familiar with SignGo . . . !

I'm not familiar with that program either. You may need to do a search on the net if you can't find it here.

File dropdown, save as, .eps, then import to SignGo & cut from there.

CorelX3.....big bang for the buck! Great design software.

Not familiar with Inkscape, but if you can save it (export) as an .eps it MIGHT work in Signgo, it WILL if you can export as an .ai

SignGo>File>Import

It might read "convert to editable shape?"
if it does click "yes"
if it then reads "no output created must trace" the image is not supported
If it doesn't have the trace message you should be good to go.
Just hit the cut icon, then you can select by layer, color, etc.
