GFP 463TH Issues - help?!?!

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer. We have a GFP 463th we cant seen to get running properly.

it is randomly stopping on its own, with or without the heat setting quite frequently. Our successful remedies generally very - switch it to reverse, switch it from Foot to Run, turn it off wait 10 minutes then turn it back on or combinations of all the above.

Update: currently cant get it working at all now, any ideas?

are you running in automatic feed mode or by the peddle? something is hitting the laser beam and causing it to stop...either, material is warped or not laying flat, has wrinkles, nip setting is off(rolls too tight) calibration off on unit...their website has re-alignment instructions...if its hardware
