Hello Girls / Boys and signs101 family members. lol that should cover everyone.

OK ...... so I have created animated .GIF's with a Gif animator program before, but have never created one from scratch JUST using Photoshop. I have CS2 and 3 ...

Can anyone let me know the steps? Besides creating multiple graphics ... more interested in how to tie them all together and export as an animated .GIF

Ohhh does PS allow you to set the image change delays?
