Gluing HDU and prices

Hello,
We have glued HDU panel together in the past, but it has been a couple of years. We want to do some double sided oval hdu signs that are two inches thick. I figure doing two 1" inch hdu signs and gluing together is easier than a two inch hdu sign. All my router bits are only two inches. What glue do you suggest? These ovals are 36" x 60" I see people use white gorilla glue but i only see where you can buy it in small bottles. Also, since we do not do a lot of this I was wondering about pricing. The signs are two inches thick 36" x 60" Oval. A raised block word in the center with a raised border. Painted two colors. Nothing too complicated. I am curious where others would price this? Any help with the glue or insite to pricing would be great!

I've only ever used the brown Gorilla Glue that expands with a light misting of water beforehand. My experience has been very positive, but of course a sign that size using this glue will require a bucket full of clamps or heavy weights to keep it from warping as it expands. I have also routed out circular holes & channels half-way through the backside of the HDU so the glue has a place to expand.

We double sided HDU same way, two 1" faces and usually a matching panel of ACM fpr the middle of the sandwich. We use a polyurethane adhesive and a few screws if possible. You can also build in the mounting hardware when putting the panels together.

Using some ACM in the middle is a good idea. If I decide to do one two inch piece and buy a longer router bit to cut the perimeter, are there any good tricks to getting registration to cut the other side? I can print registration marks on styrene and place the styrene on the non engraved side after I engraved the other side and cut out the oval.

Are you using Gorilla glue? If so, which one? If no, what other polyurethane are you using?
