Has anybody done this? If so did you make your template or is there somewhere to get one?

Templates are NOT the way to go with any vehicle. Get a tape measure and use your brain. That is the only way to get accurate sizing.

Yup. They are a PITA! Usually for what you have to charge to do it right people run... You typically will have to create your own template.
