Good place to order printed flex faces?

So I need two 12'x18' flex faces for a client and am struggling to find a good supplier locally (Utah).

I used to use a shop called Ferrari, and they got bought out by signs.com. I called and got a call center in the Philippines that had no idea what a flex faces was.

I called another local print shop, and the person who answered the phone didn't know if they printed flex faces and left a message for a coworker who didn't call me back.

Is it really that hard to have a qualified person answer the phone?

We have had received good printed flexfaces from Indy Imaging. Prices are reasonable.

I'm jumping on this thread. I just got a price for a pan face of $315.00 from Sized at 24"x96".

How much do I upcharge for this? I'm not sure if it includes freight, I just emailed them back. Regardless, do I double the cost of the face and add freight? Then add the lettering I will do at the shop?

For something that cheap I would double the total material cost and add labor.
