Got everything working! one last question with flexi please

OK I finally have everything up and running. Last question!! Does anyone know how to get a status on the print, like the time left etc.. After it rips and says "printing" it disapears from the production queue and I cannot locate a time remaining on the print.

At my previous company I think they used onyx or something, and it always had a very accurate time remaining for the prints.

It doesn't

It rips it, then changes to the printing status. I have only tested a few SMALL jobs (like a few square feet) but so far the printing % is 100% and disapeared before the printer even starts!!

It will rip / print fast with small files. Send something big ... then you'll see the "Printing ... " status last longer.

Ok you're right, but is there any way to view an actual ETA? I suposed I can time how long it takes to go up each % and estimate it that way, but you would think the rip would be able to automate that?

Not sure. I know you can set profiles to be faster or slower as far as printing times. But A LOT really depends on your PC power (ram, cpu, etc), network speed and of course file size. There are some computer guys on the forum here - I would PM one of them ... maybe they can tell you more.
