I saw this guy whizzing down my street last year.
Couldn't catch him to see this closer.

Acutally got this pic from a local facebook page but
they don't know anything about the guy.

I could build one from the pic but it would be nice to
have some plans.

This 3-wheeled car is powered by a Honda Shadow 1100 cc motorcycle engine. The original was created by R.Q. Riley and was called the Tri-Magnum. I used his plans, with extensive modifications, to build my 3-wheeler. The front steering axle is from an early VW Beetle and the body is all handmade out of polyurethane foam and fiberglass. It uses a key-less entry system for both the canopy and the rear engine hatch. It has a built-in Garmin GPS Street Pilot which is used for both speedometer and mapping. It will reach about 100 MPH and gets 42 MPG on the highway and about 36 MPG around town. It's also a real attention getter.
