gradient fill problem

When trying to do a gradient fill on a stripe the colors I select for the fill print out lighter than their swatches if this makes any sense. Any ideas? I'm trying to print a cmyk color green to a dark chocolate I've added them to my color pallette and selected them but it prints nothing like the colors selected.

The Dark color has CMYK values right not a RGB? I'm found if there is a RGB color anywheres it messes up the CMYK colors look. Make sure color correction is off.

tried that and the colors still come out brighter in the green and darker in the chocolate areas.

Be sure to set the gradient to CMYK and not RGB in Flexi. Set the rendering intent for gradients to 'No Color Correction. In Production Manager Advanced settings use 'Enhanced' or 'Super' for Gradient Smoothness. Never, ever, set Gradient Smoothness to 'Normal'.

I've had some vector gradient that didn't print the way I expected even when selecting the end colors from swatches. Rasterizing it did the trick and they printed correctly.

There is a color chart your dealer should be able to provide you with a full list of color codes and swatch colors to ensure you that whatever color you choose from the chart would be what you get on your print

It sounds to me like you are using CMYK swatches but your gradient mode is set to RGB. Have you checked that?
