Hi all!
I have a Grando 3202 DX5 wide format printer and due to change of hands we dont have the driver software for this unit deeming it useless otherwise. Grando will not help for some strange reason (even when offered to pay) and nor will the european supplier.... Shocking service!
Driver is controlled by PrintExpress (Chinese) BYHX Control board.
I am considering changing out the control board just to get this working again with another more reliable suppliers board but I would prefer a more smoother option if anyone has a suggestion
