i think we're two peas in a pod... the proof is in the pancake mix... i actually stole that "pancake on the head" graphic from you a while back. it's the perfect response... when you care enough to send the very best (nonsense, that is).

i'm guess this guy has a very low tolerance for people like us... we just don't register very well on the high-falutin' scale.

Customer comes in with a thumb drive and adamantly claims to have high-res vector (not low-res, you understand, oh no... ) artwork on it. Upon examining it, you discover he has saved an html page from his browser with a subfolder full of tiny GIF files and a not-much-larger PNG file.
