It's not recommended to cut magnet with that plotter. The magnet will want to stick to the plotter. If you've got a lot to do, then invest in a flatbed plotter. If you only have a few to do, find someone you can outsource this job to.
Put 3 layers of Application Tape on the back of the magnets and then they do not stick. Keep your runs kinda short if possible. Help support the weight of the magnet by having one person feed another catch. keep your fingers away from the knife while it is cutting... We use a force of 48 and speed of about 25.
