Graphtec 7000 won't stop feeding the material

Once I load the media and hit F1, the carrier reads the 2 rollers but then goes to the left and stops and won't stop feeding the material. Sometimes it will go back to the right but it will do the same thing in that position as well. Any advice?

Is it set to "piece" instead of "roll"?

You've got it set on front feed instead of rear feed.

Thank you so much. It was set to front feed but once I switched to back feed it seemed to start working. Thanks again.
