graphtec 8600-130 weirdest contour cut issue ever

Just started happening. As it starts to cut works perfect but as it comes to the other side of the image it goes crazy and cuts into the decal like it shorter on that side. Doesn't matter what I run through it. I've aligned the X,Y axis already helped one time and went right back crazy. Thanks Andy

I had a graphtec and it started cutting crazy one day similar to this; it turned out that it somehow had changed the "language" on the plotter.
I think I had to reset it to HGPL or something like that? Sorry, it's been a few years.
