Graphtec 8600 contour registration issues

Can anyone guide me with a solution for my contour cutting offline? I went through a couple of mark scan adj procedures and mark sensitivity procedures, but this is recent that it has decided to cut off vertical center for some reason?

This plotter has been gold for quite a while, but now I'm stuck as to what can I do to resolve the issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
