Need Help Graphtec 9000-75

Has any anyone had this issue....This is Graphtec 9000-75
3 months old... was cutting fine until 2 days ago...Reset to Factory Default and updated to 1.01
Any suggestions... please

The weird corners on the letters is wrong offset for your blade. Not sure about the jagged diagonal cuts.

I agree with unclebun on the offset. With the jagged edges I would check to make sure the blade is spinning freely in the holder. There might be some vinyl stuck in there keeping it from moving smoothly.

Thank You all... I did that … put in a new blade...
Called Flexi...they helped me... reset preferences... don't know how or why... but it was a pleasure to have some support
