Graphtec CE3000MK2-60 Issue

I was told this model is almost identical to the CE5000, so hopefully someone can help me out.

I just picked this up new and it seems to be working great. The only issue I am having is this. When I put a roll of vinyl in, it auto detects the width of the vinyl. It is cutting off probably 2" of usable viny. The job I'm sending is 13" wide, but it's cutting off the top 2 inches.

Is there a way to fix this or manually set width?

If I'm not making sense, please let me know and I'll try to better explain. Thanks!

Move your outer pinch roller over to the edge of the vinyl but make sure its on the grit wheel.......I will not cut past the left hand roller.........

That's exactly what the issue was. So far I've been impressed with this machine. That's the only issue I've come across.
