Graphtec ce5000-60 reg marks

I'm stumped and i know its something simple.. I print the reg markers load it in the plotter... then hit send using Cutting master2... it reads the marks then cuts the contour cut in a the wrong location... Help

are you loading it in the plotter backward?

no i load it the same way it shows in the Cut/ plot dialog box... reads the four corners then cut the shape i need (same direction just not along the contour line.. maybe a 1/4inch sometimes too high on the material.. do i need to press Origin?

I made a short video clip of it.. I'm stumped.. It reads the marks then procedes to cut the design but it's off by an 8th inch. I'm using "roll2" on sheet it reads then backs up to the leading edge of the page and starts cutting there... WAY off.. any ideas? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l88O_tfImhc

Make sure that you don't have an offset value in the cutting master dialog.

Mine shows the same..00000.. Thanks Bill, When I load the media do i need to do anything special?
