Graphtec CE5000-60 - uneven blade cut

hello all - hoping I can get some help. When I run a design thru the plotter on the right hand side of the design it seems to be cutting perfectly fine but when the blade goes to the left hand side it doesnt cut deep enough to cut thru the vinyl. It scores a very faint line but not enough to weed. Is this a known issue? only just started happening and this cutter has been an absolute workhorse until now.

Replaced blade with a fresh one, messed around with the settings but just scratching my head staring at it now. Anyone have any pointers?

Never came across this before so can't offer much in the way of help, I presume the cutting strip is in good condition? Might be worthwhile reaching out to Graphtec for support on this!

cutting strip seems fine, and nothing else seems loose. Ill reach out, was hoping it was a quick and easy fix - guess not :omg:
