I an getting an error Realign Rollers when loading my media and setting the roller. I just got this today and i am new to Graphtec any help would be great, i am not sure how to correct that.

Make sure you are on the knurled areas of the drive roller that your rubber drive rollers are pinched to to drive your vinyl.
