Graphtec CE5000 - Issues with Oracal 651

Hello,

I just got this plotter a few months ago and I'm having trouble with Oracal 651. It weeds really poorly after being cut. Any letters with a corner pull up unless I hold them down.

I've adjusted the blade depth, I've adjusted the down force, I've changed the blade. I just can't seem to figure it out.

I started using 751 and it works great. Unfortunately, I've been using 751 on things like yard signs because the 651 is such a pain.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
Is it the 651?
Is there a better intermediate vinyl I should use?
Is there a setting or adjustment I can make?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Eric

I run a down force pressure of 17 grams on all types of vinyl 651, 751 and a few others. Might want to check that blade. Even new onws just don't cut right.
