Anybody know why when I send a job to the plotter the pen moves 3 yards or so down the vinyl before it starts to cut????? I set origin point at bottom right but it ignores this. Appreciate input, thanks.

What software are you sending from?

I'm sending from flexistarter.

Called Ordway and we had to reset the plotter to factory settings. Problem solved.
