Hi,
I have a problem with my Graphtec. It seems it is cutting off on some x-y axis on some of my stickers I’m trying to cut but some of them are fine. It hasn’t been doing this until now. Flexi didn’t seem to have a problem cutting my Heat Transfer. It cut that 100% correct. I have had no issues when contour cutting but now, even though it is correct when sent to VersaWorks, it cuts off alignment when sent to contour cut. I didn’t have this issue until today. How do you calibrate it back to cut 100% correct?
