Its been a while since I've had issues this machine but now I got one
I have some lettering to print out and the total length is 58" and the width is 7.5
I set it up in AI using CM2 soft ware, the vinyl is 24" wide the settings on the plotter are set at 22.5 wide and the length is set for max
the same in the CM2
Now here is what happening, even if I rotate the image 90 it still wants to cut left to right, If I change the settings in CM2 it will still cut left to right, and its always throwing an off scale code or it cuts a portion of the lettering and starts a new line and keeps cutting, I want it to cut length wise not width wise,
I have had this problem before and I had to resize the lettering but this time I cant do that as I need it to be 58" long and 7.5 wide
