GraphTec cutting in code? HELP!

My GraphTec 7000-160 is having some issues that i can't seem to figure out. When sending a project from FlexiSign 8.1 it's cutting a vertical line with random letters and numbers. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any advice?:banghead:

driver conflict or setting on the graphtec. I called graphtec and they walked me through it about 3 months ago. Simple setting. Dont panic. Call Graphtec.
